Tell where you went last summer. Last summer I had 2 fabulous trips. First one was to Hawaii.

Trip to western Michigan
In early May Andrea and I went to Holland to a tech conference and learned about the blogging, wiki, and podcasting uses in education.
We stopped at Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids on our way home the next day. This is the arch that Andy Goldsworthy recently made at Meijer Gardens.

Ok, let’s start talking about our summer travel plans.
I have 2 trips planned so far.
The first is to the NECC convention in San Diego. I will be going to this mega computer convention for educators. I am going a day early so I plan to go to the San Diego zoo. I will send the 4th of July on Coronado Island and will watch the fireworks over the harbor from the convention center.
The second is a trip with my brother and 2 friends to Yellowstone National Park for a week.

I am using this travel blog to explore the world of blogging. I hope to learn ideas that will help me to use blogs in school. There is nothing very exciting here yet, just something to play around with and test.
